JR started his V-Twin career in the racing capital of the world. Later he relocated to Florida and continued to build his Harley-Davidson® history. Eighteen years later he has set roots in Danville, Virginia and has made new friends who have quickly turned into his Harley® family. JR is an avid rider and enjoys tinkering on his Harleys® and invites you to stop in and take part in any of the Thunder Road H-D® shenanigans.
Lisa Webb
Business Manager
Lisa has been a part of the Thunder Road Harley-Davidson® family from when it all started in 2006. Lisa's passion for Harley-Davidsons® began when she started riding in 2005 and that love is as strong now as it was then. She rides a 2020 Softail Standard these days. Lisa serves as Thunder Road's Business Manager, and previously managed the Motorclothes® sales, marketing and merchandising.
Dan Weatherington
General Sales Manager
Dan started his career with Thunder Road H-D in Sept of 2022 as a P&A Associate. Then transferred over to the sales team, where he has gained in depth product knowledge and a keen understanding of customer needs. As the General Sales Manager Dan leads a team of the most knowledgeable sales staff in the area. As an avid year round rider he truly embraces the Harley-Davidson® brand and culture.
Eddie Smith
Service Manager
Eddie joined the team at Thunder Road Harley-Davidson in February 2026, bringing with him over 23 years of experience in Service. He is passionate about providing the best service experience for customers. Originally from Georgia, his career has taken him all over the United States, and at one time, running one of the largest Service departments in the country. He’s been a Harley rider for over 47 years. He has extensive knowledge of the Harley-Davidson product and brand. After trying to retire, the pull to get back into the industry was overwhelming…and here he is today. Eddie’s motto and philosophy about providing the best customer experience: no one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.

Detail Specialist
With his meticulous eye for detail, Harvey, brings over two decades of experience in motorcycle detailing. Thunder Road's motorcycle detailing uses the finest Harley-Davidson cleaning products and techniques, ensuring that each motorcycle receives the care it deserves. Harvey's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction make him the go-to detailer specialist for Harley-Davidson owners who demand nothing but the best for their rides.
Jerry Pruitt
Parts Manager
Jerry came to Thunder Road Harley-Davidson on May 27, 2021, with 5 years of
H-D® experience.
Prior to that he was a manager for Town Gun Shop for 7 years and for 10 years he worked for Jimmy's Cycle Sales/Piedmont Motorsports where he started as a salesman and worked his way to General Manager.
Peggy Beckner

Peggy has come back to her Thunder Road Harley-Davidson family after a change in her career. She is no stranger to the TRHD team and brings plenty of experience with her. It is a delight to have her back as a team member. She also is a motorclothes associate to help with all your riding needs.

Dishes joined the Thunder Road Harley Davidson family in 2024! As a mother of three girls and a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast, Dishes' passion for Harleys runs deep, influenced by the men in her life—especially her uncle. Riding her own Harley Sportster for over 2 1/2 years, she loves exploring the country and discovering new bike rallies.
Before joining the team, every visit over the past few years to Thunder Road felt like coming home, so it was a natural fit to start working here. With extensive retail experience and a dedication to exceptional customer service, Dishes isa crucial part of the Motorclothes department, ready to help you find the perfect gear for your Harley adventures.
